These VTC Gears are well built to say the least but with performance upgrades they don't always stand up to the test.

Spring-Start has designed a spring with better metalurgy so it can withstand extreme temperatures and also with an increased spring rate that can stand up to high lift cams and performance timing chain tensioners.

Kit Includes:

- 1 OEM style replacement spring (R44 & RAA original design)

- 1 Non-OEM style replacement spring (R44 upgraded original design with increased spring force)

- 1 OEM style replacement spring (R5A & 5A2 new design with slight length increase from OEM)

- Free precision S2 security torx bit to access VTC Actuator

- Easy to follow instruction page with steps
